Shipping:

Product orders shall be processed within 48-72 hours of the order being placed. Expected shipment time is 5-6 business days

We offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers.

Yes, we do ship internationally. Local customs duties are to be borne by the customer and are not factored into checkout prices. International shipping prices vary by destination.



Returns & Refunds:

If you find that a product is damaged, or that you have received a wrong product, we are happy to process an exchange within 7 days.

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return within 1 day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days, In the rare case where a pickup option is not supported by our courier partner you should have to ship the product to us and we will reimburse the courier charges (Maximum of Rs 59 for every 500gms shipped).

We do not have a refund policy. However if a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

Orders & returns

If you’d like to cancel an order before it’s shipped, you can call us or send us an email at customersupport@oxemberg.com. We will refund 100% of the amount paid. Order cancellation must be initiated within 24 hours of order placement.
