Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 


  • When you return your order, the value will credit in your Oxemberg credits and you can use it in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your Oxemberg credits.
  • When you partially return your order, we refund the value for the particular item and add to your Oxemberg credits, which you can use in your future orders. However, you cannot encash your Oxemberg credits.
  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount in Oxemberg credits. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt. Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want.
  • You can initiate the returns by logging into your Oxemberg Account.

Raising the return request

    • Log into your account.
    • Go to My orders
    • Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
    • Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
    • You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
    • Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
    • A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of Oxemberg Credits.


    • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will issue Oxemberg Credits to your Oxemberg Account.
    • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
    • Oxemberg Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
    • For orders placed using Oxemberg Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Oxemberg Credits account only.
    • Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
    • Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns

  • When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
  • If the loyalty points are in negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
  • No returns will be accepted for Inner wear & Masks.
  • will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
  • Refund/Oxemberg Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • Oxemberg Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
  • You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.

  • Credits is the actual amount of the product when returned, cashbacks or any other promotional value.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
